My chosen colour some sort of light blond, I could tell you the exact shade but THEY keep changing it. So every few weeks when I need a touch it up I stand mystified in the drug store as the box I am used to seeing has changed and NEW SHADE is printed boldly on the all the boxes. What am I supposed to do...

I made the decision to finally address all my food allergies. For years I have suffered the discomfort because I enjoyed the food. I have gone to extremes, my allergies include dairy and wheat so it is a big difference from my usual fare. My favourites like cheesy bread, lattes and chocolate chip cookies are things of the past.
