I got my iFit module less than 3 weeks ago. I have been really good about working out 6 days a week with Jillian as my trainer. I know it says it is fast walking, but my little legs force me to run when she speeds up the treadmill faster than 4.5, so most of the time I am at a comfortable jogging pace. However, the entire workout is uphill and prior to this I DID NOT DO HILLS, but I have been doing just fine.
After my false start at level 7 I did 10 workouts at level 4 and a few of my own manual runs due to accidents with the safety key, but I still kept an incline.
This morning I bumped it up to level 5 after reading all you guys posting about killing your workouts. So here are my stats for 17 days.
Brag, brag.
Oh and btw, the hubs will be home in T-minus 2 hours and am I preparing for his arrival or pissing around on Tumblr.
