OK, really I will run it on my treadmill. This is the goal I have set for myself. I wanted one that I felt was attainable but tough enough to keep me motivated all year long.
There will be 10k’s and maybe even a half marathon in there but total miles or kilometres for the year will be my running total. My challenge to myself to keep me on track.
So now I challenge you to set your distance and join me.
But you can glide it, bike it or do it on your elliptical. This is my invitation to you to join me and get moving this year.
