I love having my own gym! Killed it for an hour before 7am. 30 day shred and 30 minutes cardio on my treadmill.
I will NOT allow my body to keep that last 10 pounds of fat. It really wants to. The last month has been a real struggle and it had nothing to do with the holidays.
I have done this before so I am all too familiar with how my metabolism works. I know if I work at it, meaning healthy eating and steady workouts I can get a big loss then a plateau for a couple weeks, then a big loss again.
